This is an IT Recruiter/Technical sales support position in the twin cities. 

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the placement of information technology professionals for contract assignments and permanent positions
2. Maintain consultant database by performing update calls. 
3. Develop relationships and open lines of communication with the Account Managers to help ensure successful placements.
4. Research and stay abreast of the staffing and technology industry by reading trade journals, participating in user groups and attending technology fairs.

Requirements:

• Human Resources, Marketing or business major.
• Interest in staffing/ sales
• Strong communication (verbal and written) skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong administrative organizational skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Technical knowledge of IT Systems / System Development Life Cycle and related technologies (web, client/server & mainframe) is very helpful
• Computer skills to include Word, Outlook and the Internet.
